Once you get ahead of them in life total, use Pestilence a lot. This deck has lot's of creatures and once you get over 4 lands you will have a good game.

There are a couple of ways to get a first-turn kill, which is good for every gamer. It might look something like this:
Black Lotus, Mana Crypt, Helm of Awakening, Sol Ring, Yawgmouth's Bargain, Tolarian Academy, Frantic Search. With the card drawing power of Bargain, you are guaranteed victory. Your Frantic Search can let you use the Academy twice.

Creatures (1)
1 Palinchron
Spells (34)
2 Arcane Denial
1 Brainstorm
4 Counterspell
1 Frantic Search
4 Impulse
4 Force of Will
3 Merchant Scroll
1 Stroke of Genius
1 Time Spiral
2 Soothsaying
1 War Tax
4 High Tide
2 Turnabout
3 Treachery
1 Mystical Tutor

Artifacts (3)
3 Urza's Armor

This deck could be a lot better, but the DCI went and restricted Stroke of Genius, Time Spiral, Frantic Search, and Mystical Tutor. The point of the deck is to use cards such as Merchant Scroll and Mystical Tutor in hunt for the game winning cards. When you have enough mana and a Palinchron, Stroke, and High Tide in your hand, you've got the game. Just pull the Palinchron + High Tide infinite mana engine, and Stroke 'em for infinite. Time Spiral is a huge part of this deck even though its restricted, because you can get a crap draw but still go on to win, because it kind of restarts the game if you're not doing very well. High Tide is probably the key card to the entire deck, since you can get so much off of it; a 4th-turn Urza's Armor helps very much, and Urza's Armor also shuts down most goblin and elf decks in the early game. Brainstorm and Impulse combo with Soothsaying very well. Also, if you don't have Force of Will, you can also use Thwart, which is extremely helpful. I probably should have another Palinchron in there.
Sideboard (15)
2 Annul
2 Chill
4 Hydroblast
4 Ophidian
3 Snap

The main problem with this deck is Negator. It used to shut me down every game, so Snap went into the sideboard, it's also good because it's free. Chill and Hydroblast will greatly help you against red, and Annul helps against Mono-Brown and White Protection decks. If you have any comments or suggestions, email me at [email protected] Red Weenie by dragonmaster 20 Mountain 4 Wasteland 4 Cursed Scroll 4 Ball Lightning 4 Mogg Fanatic 4 Incinerate 4 Hammer of Bogardan 4 Shock 4 Lightning Bolt 4 Arc Lightning 4 Fireblast Sideboard 4 Bottle Gnomes 3 Masticore 4 Nevinyrral's Disk 4 Rack and Ruin Basic red weenie. If you find yourself in an extended tournament, take out the Lightning Bolts for either Bottle Gnomes and put something else in the sideboard, or Jackal Pups and Fireslingers, which also work fine. Side in Bottle Gnomes against decks that are just way too fast for this (e.g. stompy), Masticore for weenie decks (combos with Scroll!), Disk against a lot of annoying combo decks, and Rack and Ruin against most decks that rely on a couple of artifacts. If mono-brown is played a lot in your neighborhood, take out 2-3 Rack and Ruins for Pulverizes. .
